How to Fix Windows Store Not Opening

- Reset Windows Store cache. Press Windows key + R to open Run dialog. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. A blank Command Prompt window opens and runs automatically. Wait for the process to complete—this takes 30-60 seconds. Windows Store opens automatically when finished.
- Run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Settings with Windows key + I. Navigate to Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Click Windows Store Apps and select Run the troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen prompts to detect and fix issues automatically.
