How to Configure Individual Profiles for Family Streaming

Organize your streaming experience by creating unique profiles for each family member to maintain personalized watch history and recommendations.

1. Navigate to the Profile Management menu. Launch your streaming application and select your primary avatar icon located in the top navigation bar. Select the 'Manage Profiles' or 'Add Profile' option from the dropdown menu to begin the configuration process.
2. Establish a new user profile. Select the 'Add Profile' button, indicated by a plus icon. Enter the desired profile name using the on-screen keyboard, then select a unique avatar to distinguish the user visually within the application dashboard.
3. Set content maturity restrictions. Toggle the 'Kids' or 'Junior' switch if the profile is intended for children. This automatically restricts access to mature content based on your regional ratings system to ensure age-appropriate viewing.
4. Apply a profile PIN. Select 'Profile Lock' or 'PIN Protection' within the settings for the specific profile. Create a four-digit numeric code to prevent other users from accessing sensitive profiles or modifying your personal viewing history.
5. Verify profile synchronization. Log out of the application and sign back in to confirm the new profiles appear on the selection screen. Select the new profile to ensure the application initiates a fresh recommendation algorithm based on that user's activity.
