A symptom-first triage room for problems that do not fit neatly inside one device: internet, accounts, updates, performance, apps, accessories, scams, and connected home gear.
Eight triage lanes
Click any category to explore the hub.
Diagnostic order.
Protect data. Isolate cause. Try reversible fixes. Escalate only when the next step is worth the risk. Save the current state. Name the symptom. Separate device from account. Test one change at a time. Escalate with a backup.

Troubleshooting desk / May 2026
Good fixes have an order. Panic makes people pick the biggest fix first. This hub starts with symptoms, preserves data, separates account problems from device problems, and keeps the risky steps clearly downstream.
First rule / Data: Do not erase the only copy of the problem. Backups come before heroic fixes.
Network / Order: Restarting everything is not diagnosis. Change one thing at a time or you lose the signal.
Accounts / Recovery: The backup code is the door. Account fixes start with access, not settings.
Security / Judgment: Fear is a bad browser extension. Slow down before you tap the warning that wants urgency.
