Slack workspace कैसे बनाएं और सेट करें

Slack workspace आपकी team के लिए centralized communication hub बनाता है। यह सभी conversations, files, और projects को एक जगह organize करता है।

1. Slack account बनाएं. slack.com पर जाएं और 'Get Started for Free' पर click करें। अपना work email address enter करें, verification code check करें, और password create करें। Company name और workspace URL भी define करना होगा।
2. Workspace का नाम और URL set करें. Company या team का descriptive नाम choose करें। Workspace URL में spaces और special characters avoid करें। यह URL आपके team members को workspace join करने के लिए use होगा।
3. Default channels create करें. Left sidebar में '+' icon पर click करके 'Create a channel' select करें। #general और #random channels automatic बनते हैं। अपने projects के लिए specific channels भी बनाएं जैसे #marketing, #development, या #announcements।
4. Team members को invite करें. Workspace name पर click करें, फिर 'Invite people to [workspace name]' select करें। Email addresses enter करें या invitation link copy करके share करें। Bulk invite के लिए CSV file भी upload कर सकते हैं।
5. Workspace settings configure करें. Administration tab में जाकर workspace display name, description, और default channels set करें। Message and media settings में file sharing permissions और retention policies define करें। Two-factor authentication enable करना भी recommended है।
6. Notification preferences set करें. Profile menu में 'Preferences' पर जाएं। Notifications section में desktop notifications, email notifications, और mobile push notifications customize करें। Working hours और Do Not Disturb schedule भी set कर सकते हैं।
7. Apps और integrations add करें. Left sidebar में 'Apps' section में जाकर useful integrations browse करें। Google Drive, Trello, GitHub, या Zoom जैसे tools connect करें। App Directory में browse करके team की specific needs के अनुसार apps install करें।
