बच्चों के लिए कंप्यूटर सुरक्षित तरीके से कैसे सेटअप करें

बच्चों का कंप्यूटर सुरक्षित बनाना माता-पिता की सबसे बड़ी चिंता है। सही सेटअप से आप अपने बच्चे की ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं और उनके स्क्रीन टाइम को नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं।

1. बच्चे के लिए अलग यूजर अकाउंट बनाएं. कंट्रोल पैनल खोलें और User Accounts पर जाएं। Add a family member पर क्लिक करें और Add a child विकल्प चुनें। बच्चे का नाम और जन्मतिथि डालकर Microsoft child account बनाएं। यह अकाउंट automatic रूप से parental controls के साथ आएगा।
2. वेब ब्राउज़र में सुरक्षा सेटिंग्स लगाएं. Google Chrome में three dots menu > Settings > Privacy and Security जाएं। Safe Browsing को Enhanced protection पर सेट करें। Firefox में Preferences > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection को Strict करें। सभी browsers में popup blocker enable करें।
3. स्क्रीन टाइम लिमिट सेट करें. Windows Family Settings में जाएं और बच्चे का account select करें। Screen time limits में daily और weekly time restrictions सेट करें। Bedtime hours define करें जब computer automatically lock हो जाए। Specific apps के लिए अलग time limits भी लगा सकते हैं।
4. अनुपयुक्त कंटेंट फ़िल्टर लगाएं. Microsoft Family Safety app download करें। Content filters में जाकर age-appropriate restrictions लगाएं। Adult websites, violence और inappropriate content को block करें। Safe search को सभी search engines में enforce करें। YouTube Restricted Mode भी enable करना जरूरी है।
5. एंटीवायरस और security software इंस्टॉल करें. Windows Defender को enable करें या family-friendly antivirus जैसे Kaspersky Safe Kids install करें। Real-time protection और automatic updates on करें। Firewall settings check करें कि incoming connections properly blocked हों। Regular system scans schedule करें।
6. ऐप डाउनलोड permissions सेट करें. Microsoft Store में Parental Controls section खोलें। Ask a parent before buying anything विकल्प enable करें। Age ratings के according app restrictions लगाएं। Only trusted sources से software download करने की permission दें और unknown publishers को block करें।
7. Physical safety measures implement करें. Computer को common area में रखें जहाँ आप monitor कर सकें। Webcam privacy cover लगाएं जब use में न हो। Keyboard shortcuts जैसे Alt+Tab और Windows key disable करें। Important files और personal information को password-protected folders में store करें।
