Airtable में स्वचालन कैसे सेट करें और इस्तेमाल करें

Airtable automations आपको repetitive tasks को automatically करने की सुविधा देते हैं। ये trigger-based workflows हैं जो specific conditions के मिलने पर actions को execute करते हैं।

1. Automations tab खोलें. अपने Airtable base में ऊपरी menu से Automations tab पर click करें। यदि यह दिखाई नहीं दे रहा तो More options (...) से Automations select करें।
2. नया automation बनाएं. Create automation button पर click करें। आपको automation templates की list दिखेगी। Start from scratch चुनें यदि आप custom automation बनाना चाहते हैं।
3. Trigger सेट करें. Choose a trigger dropdown से appropriate trigger select करें। Popular options हैं When a record is created, When a record matches conditions, या When a record is updated। Trigger के specific settings configure करें।
4. Conditions जोड़ें. Add condition button पर click करें यदि आप specific criteria चाहते हैं। Field, operator और value select करके conditions define करें। Multiple conditions के लिए AND या OR logic चुनें।
5. Action configure करें. Choose an action dropdown से desired action select करें। Options include Update record, Create record, Send email, या Run script। Action के required fields को fill करें और dynamic values के लिए field references का इस्तेमाल करें।
6. Automation को test करें. Test automation button पर click करें। यह sample data के साथ automation run करेगा। Results check करें कि सब कुछ expected behavior के अनुसार काम कर रहा है।
7. Automation activate करें. Testing successful होने पर Turn on automation toggle को enable करें। Automation अब live है और specified triggers पर automatically run होगा। Status और run history को Automations dashboard से monitor कर सकते हैं।
