How to Install Microsoft 365 on a New Windows PC

A precise, step-by-step guide to installing Microsoft 365 on a new Windows 11 PC. Get your office suite running quickly and securely.

  1. Access your Microsoft account dashboard. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to office.com. Click the Sign In button and provide the email address and password associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
  2. Initiate the software download. Once logged in, locate the Install apps button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Select Microsoft 365 apps from the dropdown menu to start the download of the executable installer.
