How to Configure Do Not Disturb on Apple Watch

Learn how to enable and customize Do Not Disturb on your Apple Watch to silence notifications and manage focus effectively.

  1. Open the Control Center. Raise your wrist to wake the Apple Watch display. Press the side button once to reveal the Control Center overlay.
  2. Select the Focus icon. Scroll through the Control Center tiles until you locate the Focus icon, represented by a crescent moon. Tap the icon to reveal the available focus modes.
  3. Enable Do Not Disturb. Tap the Do Not Disturb option from the list. The icon will turn blue to indicate that the mode is active.
  4. Set duration parameters. Tap the ellipsis (...) icon next to the Do Not Disturb setting to view duration options. Select 'On', 'On for 1 hour', 'On until this evening', or 'On until I leave'.
  5. Enable cross-device mirroring. Open the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Navigate to My Watch, select General, then tap Focus. Ensure 'Mirror my iPhone' is toggled on to sync Focus states across all iCloud devices.
