How to Troubleshoot and Restore Audio on Wearable Speakers

Resolve audio issues with your wearable speaker. Follow these steps to reset connectivity, verify volume settings, and fix hardware communication errors.

1. Check power and charge levels. Confirm the device is powered on by observing status LED indicators. Connect the wearable to a confirmed power source using the manufacturer-provided cable to rule out battery depletion. Wait thirty seconds after connecting to observe for charging lights.
2. Reset the Bluetooth connection. Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth on your mobile device. Locate your wearable speaker in the My Devices list, tap the Info (i) icon, and select Forget This Device. Toggle the Bluetooth switch off, wait ten seconds, and toggle it back on to refresh the stack.
3. Perform a hard factory reset. Hold the physical Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously for ten seconds or until the LED status light flashes.
