  2. Add widgets to your desktop. Browse the library by application or category in the left-hand sidebar. Drag a widget directly to your preferred position on the desktop, or click the plus icon on the top-left corner of the widget thumbnail.
  3. Edit widget preferences. Control-click an active widget on your desktop to reveal the customization menu. Select Edit [Widget Name] to modify specific parameters such as location for weather, lists for Reminders, or layout styles.
  4. Adjust widget size. Control-click the widget and select Small, Medium, or Large from the size menu. The desktop layout will automatically shift to accommodate the new dimensions.
  5. Remove or relocate widgets. To reposition a widget, click and hold it, then drag it to your desired location. To remove it, Control-click the widget and select Remove Widget or drag it off the edge of the screen.
  6. Integrate iPhone widgets. Ensure your iPhone is signed into the same Apple Account and is nearby. Your Mac will automatically populate the Widget Gallery with compatible apps from your phone for placement on the Mac desktop.
