How to Organize and Hide iPhone Home Screen Pages

Streamline your iPhone interface by hiding or deleting unused Home Screen pages. Follow these steps to reorganize your apps efficiently.

  1. Enter Jiggle Mode to access page management. Long-press any empty area on your Home Screen until the application icons begin to vibrate. This is known as Jiggle Mode and indicates that your layout is ready for modification.
  2. Open the page edit interface. While in Jiggle Mode, tap the row of dots located directly above the Dock at the bottom of the screen. This displays a thumbnail view of all your existing Home Screen pages.
  3. Toggle page visibility. Locate the checkmark icon beneath the preview of each Home Screen page. Tap the checkmark to deselect it; the page will no longer appear when swiping through your device.
  4. Remove unwanted pages entirely. To permanently delete a page and its current layout, tap the minus (-) icon in the top-left corner of the page thumbnail. Confirm the removal by tapping Delete in the pop-up menu.
  5. Exit edit mode to finalize. Once you are satisfied with your layout, tap Done in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap the screen again to exit Jiggle Mode and return to your standard view.
