How to Rearrange the Samsung Quick Panel

Customize your Samsung Galaxy experience by rearranging the Quick Panel buttons for faster access to essential settings.

  1. Access the full Quick Panel. Swipe down from the top of your screen with two fingers to fully expand the Quick Panel. If you only see the collapsed view, swipe down a second time to reveal the full grid of icons.
  2. Enter edit mode. Locate the Pencil icon in the top right corner of the Quick Panel screen. Tap this icon to open the configuration menu for your layout.
  3. Choose the panel to edit. Select Full to rearrange the expanded Quick Panel view or Compact to edit the small strip that appears with a single swipe. Tap the chosen option to proceed to the editor grid.
  4. Reposition your buttons. Press and hold any icon within the grid to select it. Drag the icon to your preferred position and release to lock it into place. Ensure your most frequently used toggles are placed within the first six slots for immediate access.
  5. Add or remove items. To add a new shortcut, scroll to the bottom of the grid and tap the plus sign, or drag icons from the hidden list at the bottom into the active grid. To remove a shortcut, tap the minus icon located on the button corner.
  6. Apply your changes. Once the layout meets your requirements, tap Done at the bottom of the screen. Your new Quick Panel arrangement will immediately sync to the system interface.
