How to set up your new Samsung Galaxy

Follow this streamlined guide to configure your new Samsung Galaxy smartphone, from initial boot to system optimization.

1. Perform the initial system boot. Press and hold the Side button until the Samsung logo appears on the display. Once the Welcome screen loads, select your preferred language from the list and tap the yellow Start arrow to proceed through the mandatory End User License Agreement.
2. Establish a secure network connection. Select your local Wi-Fi network from the detected list and input the WPA2/WPA3 password. A stable connection is required to authenticate your account and download the latest security patches during the initialization phase.
3. Migrate data using Smart Switch. Choose Copy apps & data to initiate the migration process. If using a previous device, select Galaxy/Android or iPhone/iPad and follow the on-screen prompts to pair the devices via a USB-C cable or wireless connection to transfer your photos, messages, and contact database.
